LORD & LADY
When the 3-month period, the first quarter, is completed, preparations are made for the election of Lord & Lady.
The human resources department presents the candidates selected for 3 months to the senior management on the specified day and time. A committee consisting of the Hotel General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Operations Director selects the quarterly winners, namely the Lord and Lady. A majority vote is required for the decisions and the Lord & Lady are awarded 5.000 ₺ each.
LODGING FACILITIES
Our lodgings consist of a total of 8 buildings with 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 apartments.
Our total number of apartments is 128. Our total capacity is 397 people.
MARRIAGE SUPPORT
As of August 2024, the support payment to be made to our employees who get married and give birth / whose spouse gives birth, per child and for each employee who gets married has been determined as 18,000 TL.
BIRTH SUPPORT
18,000 TL gift voucher and flowers are brought to the hospital for a visit.
BIRTHDAYS
Every day, Human Resources monitors employee birthdays from the system records and announces them via e-mail.
The birthdays of all our employees and managers are celebrated at the monthly event by announcing their names one by one, inviting them to the stage, cutting a cake together and delivering congratulatory cards.
It has been decided that the amount of the reward will be paid by adding 1 day's salary to employes salary.
